These Browser Extension Supplemental Terms apply if Customer or any Authorized User installs, accesses, or uses a Kizuna browser extension, browser-based launcher, or similar client-side integration feature (collectively, "Browser Tools") made available by Kizuna in connection with the Services. Browser Tools are part of the Services and remain subject to the Platform Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, DPA, any applicable Order, and any applicable integration or API addendum. In the event of a conflict, these Browser Extension Supplemental Terms control solely with respect to Browser Tools.
1. Permitted Use
Customer may use Browser Tools only through Authorized Users, only in supported environments identified by Kizuna, and only to launch, populate, display, or support Customer-authorized Platform workflows.
2. Page Access and Data Handling
Browser Tools may read page content, report fields, report identifiers, structured input fields, report artifacts, and related metadata that are reasonably necessary to detect supported workflows, render Kizuna interface elements, populate forms, or transmit Customer-directed data to the Platform. Customer authorizes Kizuna to process such data as part of the Services in accordance with Customer's instructions, enabled features, and applicable agreements.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that its use of Browser Tools, and any data accessed or routed through Browser Tools, is authorized under Customer's agreements with applicable CRAs, ATS providers, platform providers, or other third parties, and complies with applicable law, notices, disclosures, certifications, and access restrictions.
Without limiting the foregoing, each time Customer or an Authorized User initiates a transmission of page contents or other data through Browser Tools to the Platform (including by invoking any "Send to Kizuna" or equivalent action), Customer and the acting Authorized User each represent and warrant that the transmission is authorized under Customer's agreements with the applicable CRA, ATS provider, platform provider, or other third party whose interface or page is being used, and does not violate that provider's terms of use or any applicable access or export restriction. Customer is solely responsible for this determination on a per-transmission basis; Kizuna does not evaluate, verify, or police it.
4. No General Browsing Surveillance
Browser Tools are not intended for general browsing monitoring, unrelated profiling, or collection of content unrelated to a supported Customer workflow.
5. Source Data and Role Allocation
Kizuna does not create, modify, or furnish Consumer Reports through Browser Tools and does not independently verify source data made available through supported pages or systems. Any dispute regarding the accuracy or completeness of a Screening Report or source record must be directed to the originating CRA or other provider, as applicable.
6. Suspension and Changes
Kizuna may update, limit, disable, or suspend Browser Tools or supported environments at any time where reasonably necessary for security, legal, platform-compatibility, or compliance reasons.
